Termination and Cancellation Policies
Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the rental cost.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action. Any unresolved disputes will be governed by the jurisdiction of the local courts.
